- Less than 3 years old OR covered by manufacturer’s warranty
- Tier 1 business grade vendors (eg HP, Dell) and models
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Processor or higher
- 8GB RAM minimum
- Solid State Disk 256GB or higher primary disk
- Windows 10 or 11 Professional or Enterprise
- Microsoft Office 2021 or newer
Network Minimum Requirements
- Next Generation Firewall with active subscription (eg FortiGate, Meraki, Aruba)
- Business grade switching & Wireless Access Points (eg Aruba, FortiNet, Meraki, Unifi)
- NBN 50/20 service or higher
Server Requirements
- Tier 1 hardware vendor (eg HPE, Dell) less than 5 years old
- Covered by manufacturer’s Next Business Day warranty (or higher)
- Windows Server 2019
- SAS disks with hardware RAID controller, RAID1/5/6/10
- Synology DSM 7
